Pax Christi strives to create a world that reflects the Peace of Christ by exploring, articulating, and witnessing to the call of Christian nonviolence. The work begins in personal life and extends to communities of reflection and action to transform the structures of society. It struggles against economic injustice, militarism, environmental destruction, and racist struggles. Pax Christi promotes universal human rights and responsibilities through solidarity with the oppressed and marginalized people struggling for dignity. Pax Christi Will County meets at Sacred Heart at 7:00 pm every month on the third Monday. The group engages in prayer, study, discussion, and education.
