After the 10:00 am Mass on Sunday, February 16, in honor of Black History month, we will be showing a short video “A Force Powerful!!” in the parish hall.

In the 1960s, Gandhi’s nonviolent weapons were taken up by black college students in Nashville, Tennessee. Disciplined and strictly nonviolent, they successfully desegregated Nashville’s downtown lunch counters, becoming a model for the entire civil rights movement.
